Caregiver

Lusso Care is looking to hire a qualified and dedicated caregiver to support the coordination and delivery of home healthcare services. The role involves supervising care staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining high standards of patient-centered care within a home setting.

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of caregivers and home care personnel
• Ensure care services meet established healthcare standards and guidelines
• Carry out regular client assessments and develop appropriate care plans
• Monitor staff performance and provide training, guidance, and support
• Address client and family concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records of care activities
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff
• Promote and implement best practices in home healthcare delivery
• Provide clinical supervision and support when necessary

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or home care environment
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• High level of responsibility, maturity, and emotional intelligence
• Physically fit and capable of handling job demands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage teams effectively and resolve conflicts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality care
