Operation Officer

Mastery Financialng Services Limited, a licensed Bureau de Change operator, is looking to hire a competent Operations Officer to coordinate and manage daily operational processes. The role requires strong knowledge of BDC activities, regulatory compliance, and operational control to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operational activities within the organization
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping of all transactions
• Review transactions to confirm accuracy and compliance with internal standards
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when necessary
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate control measures
• Contribute to improving internal processes and operational systems
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports

• Minimum of BSc or HND in a management-related discipline from a recognized institution
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and record management tools
