Customer Service Representative

Global Ease HR Consulting and Academy is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions across multiple communication channels while ensuring smooth order processing, complaint resolution, and overall customer satisfaction. The role also supports sales through product recommendations and customer engagement.

• Respond to customer inquiries via walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct details such as size, color, delivery location, and timelines
• Provide customers with product information, styling advice, and suitable recommendations
• Handle complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to enhance experience and encourage repeat purchases
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling where applicable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic understanding of social media and online platforms
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
