• Prepare proposals, request quotations, and negotiate favorable purchase terms and conditions
• Issue purchase orders and procurement agreements in line with company requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies
• Inspect and evaluate purchased goods to ensure quality compliance
• Analyze market trends and support development of sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with management to align procurement activities with organizational goals

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and procurement strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement or resource planning systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
