Community Manager

The Community Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing Bythefew’s tech community, ensuring active participation, strong relationships, and a positive community experience.

• Manage and grow the online and offline tech community
• Engage members through discussions, events, and content
• Develop strategies to improve community participation and retention
• Coordinate community activities, programs, and initiatives
• Gather feedback from members and share insights with the team
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and active community environment

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of tech communities and user engagement strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
