Business Operations & Technical Sales Supervisor

A company is hiring a Business Operations & Technical Sales Supervisor to drive client relationships, manage sales cycles, and oversee procurement and project coordination within the oil & gas/EPC sector. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong commercial and technical expertise.

• Manage key client accounts and build long-term partnerships with operators, IOCs, and NOCs
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
• Coordinate bids, tenders, and proposal submissions, ensuring compliance and quality
• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor evaluation and selection
• Align project schedules with operational and client requirements
• Support business growth through strategic sales and operational planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related field); MBA is an advantage
• 5–8 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or procurement (oil & gas/EPC preferred)
• Proven experience handling bids, tenders, and complex negotiations
• Strong understanding of EPC processes, procurement cycles, and contract structures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
