Product Operations – Loan Monitoring

OPay is hiring a Product Operations professional to support loan monitoring and ensure smooth coordination across teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can track performance, manage follow-ups, and improve loan processes.

• Monitor loan performance and identify delays or issues early
• Follow up with the Sales team on merchant documentation and post-loan activities
• Coordinate with the Loan team on approvals, updates, and issue resolution
• Support loan collection efforts through effective tracking and follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to internal loan processes and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Loan teams

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred from a reputable institution)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of financial or loan processes is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively across teams
• Proficiency in Excel or other data tracking tools
