Projects Supervisor

DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is seeking an experienced Projects Supervisor to oversee multiple large-scale real estate developments across Abuja and Lagos. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and regulatory experience to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with all requirements.

• Provide overall technical and administrative leadership across multiple real estate projects
• Oversee full project lifecycle from conception to completion and handover
• Serve as primary liaison with regulatory bodies, especially Lagos State agencies, for permits and approvals
• Implement project management systems to optimize resources and performance
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cost control strategies
• Lead and supervise project managers, engineers, architects, and technical teams
• Enforce strict quality assurance, HSE, and compliance standards across sites
• Identify and mitigate risks related to construction, logistics, and regulatory processes
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and performance updates to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in senior project management roles
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale real estate projects in Lagos and Abuja
• Must be a registered member of COREN and NSE
• PMP certification is an added advantage
• Strong experience working with land and building regulatory agencies
• Solid financial management and multi-billion Naira budgeting experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must be between 40 and 50 years of age
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex high-rise or large developments on time and within budget
