Job Summary

A company is hiring an HR Officer to support human resource operations and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with solid HR experience and strong interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff management processes
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR policies
  • Handle employee relations and provide HR support across teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage
