Inventory Officer

Bakangizo Pharmacy and Stores is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and maintain accurate stock records across its retail operations. The role requires strict adherence to inventory procedures, strong numerical skills, and real-time tracking of stock movements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using Odoo ERP
• Record all stock transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments promptly
• Perform routine stock reconciliations daily, weekly, and monthly
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary
• Prepare and submit inventory and variance reports
• Enforce inventory control processes within the branch

• Proven experience in inventory or stock management, preferably in a retail setting
• Strong practical knowledge of Odoo ERP is required
• Excellent numerical and calculation skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Good record-keeping and reconciliation ability
