Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new retail outlets including shops, supermarkets, and vendors
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
Ensure timely product delivery and proper display at sales points
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback
Required Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in FMCG sales, especially bread or similar fast-moving products
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills
Good understanding of local markets and distribution networks
Ability to meet targets and perform under pressure
Highly result-oriented with strong field sales capability
Existing relationships with retailers or distributors is an added advantage
Experience in bread or food distribution is a plus
