Warehouse Associate (Reliever)

Greenlight Planet is seeking a proactive Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control processes. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper storage practices, and supporting efficient distribution activities.

• Track and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing inventory
• Receive, inspect, and document goods for delivery or return
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect items
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods for shipment
• Handle and store merchandise with care to prevent damage
• Supervise warehouse arrangement and ensure compliance with procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse environment
• Ensure stock is stored following FIFO principles
• Prepare periodic reports for management
• Conduct regular product age analysis and stock evaluations
• Perform routine stock checks and inventory counts
• Oversee waybill preparation for last-mile deliveries

• BSc or HND in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• At least 1 year experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
