Job Summary

Greenlight Planet is looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to lead solar inverter sales, manage collections, and expand distribution through a network of field agents. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, supervising sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer experience across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Inverter Energy Officers
  • Provide continuous training on sales, collections, product knowledge, and operations
  • Assign clear sales routes, targets, and responsibilities to field agents
  • Conduct regular field visits and support agents in resolving challenges
  • Drive sales activities through community engagement, activations, and direct selling
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets
  • Monitor and improve collection performance across assigned areas
  • Handle customer issues including product use, payments, installation, and after-sales support
  • Ensure quick resolution of customer complaints within set timelines
  • Manage marketing resources and ensure cost-effective utilization
  • Organize weekly review meetings with field agents and track performance
  • Recognize top performers and maintain high team motivation levels

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in inverter or related product sales
  • Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Good understanding of the assigned market and territory
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
