Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Inverter Energy Officers
- Provide continuous training on sales, collections, product knowledge, and operations
- Assign clear sales routes, targets, and responsibilities to field agents
- Conduct regular field visits and support agents in resolving challenges
- Drive sales activities through community engagement, activations, and direct selling
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets
- Monitor and improve collection performance across assigned areas
- Handle customer issues including product use, payments, installation, and after-sales support
- Ensure quick resolution of customer complaints within set timelines
- Manage marketing resources and ensure cost-effective utilization
- Organize weekly review meetings with field agents and track performance
- Recognize top performers and maintain high team motivation levels
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inverter or related product sales
- Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
- Good understanding of the assigned market and territory
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
