Job Summary

UNICCON Group is seeking a performance-driven Digital and Email Marketer to drive business growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue-focused marketing strategies. The role requires a data-oriented professional who can align marketing efforts with sales outcomes and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
  • Manage paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead and acquisition efficiency
  • Execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and conversion
  • Build automated workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Segment audiences for targeted and effective communication
  • Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into revenue
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and revenue targets
  • Track and report marketing-driven revenue and pipeline performance
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes
  • Monitor key metrics such as leads, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years experience in digital and email marketing
  • Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth
  • Experience working in target-driven environments
  • Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of conversion optimization and sales funnels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
