Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
- Manage paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead and acquisition efficiency
- Execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and conversion
- Build automated workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Segment audiences for targeted and effective communication
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into revenue
- Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and revenue targets
- Track and report marketing-driven revenue and pipeline performance
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in digital and email marketing
- Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth
- Experience working in target-driven environments
- Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM systems
- Solid understanding of conversion optimization and sales funnels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
