Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into structured instructional videos for LMS use
- Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, transitions, and audio quality
- Add subtitles, graphics, animations, and branding elements to videos
- Synchronize audio, visuals, and on-screen text for effective learning delivery
- Optimize videos for online platforms including resolution, compression, and file size
- Work with motion graphics and design teams to integrate visual assets
- Follow established course templates and production workflows
- Handle multiple video projects under tight deadlines
- Conduct quality checks and apply feedback-based revisions
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned video production targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or recognized certification in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in professional video editing
- Experience in educational or e-learning content editing is an advantage
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
- Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques
- Experience in audio editing and color correction
- Familiarity with LMS video requirements is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and deadline discipline
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
