Motion & Graphic Designer (Digital Learning Content)

UNICCON Group is seeking a Motion & Graphic Designer to create high-quality static and animated visuals for its Learning Management System. The role focuses on producing engaging, scalable, and consistent visual content that enhances digital learning experiences across multiple courses.

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for LMS video content
• Translate instructional scripts into engaging animated visuals
• Design animated infographics, transitions, explainer elements, and lower thirds
• Develop reusable animation templates to improve production efficiency
• Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion assets into course videos
• Design static assets including slides, icons, illustrations, infographics, and thumbnails
• Simplify complex course content into clear and engaging visuals
• Ensure all designs align with brand and learning standards
• Build and maintain a centralized asset library for design and motion elements
• Optimize all outputs for LMS platforms in terms of format and size
• Participate in review cycles and apply feedback effectively
• Support continuous improvement of design workflows and templates

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 3 to 5 years experience in graphic design and motion graphics
• Experience in e-learning or instructional design is highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and layout design
• Ability to design for digital and video-based learning platforms
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
• Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills
