Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support inventory tracking and resource allocation processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle basic client and vendor inquiries and escalate when necessary
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and standards
Required Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc in any related field
- 1 to 2 years experience in operations or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate
