Content Creator

Mshel Homes Limited is recruiting a Content Creator to develop engaging digital and visual content that enhances brand visibility, drives customer engagement, and promotes real estate offerings across multiple online and offline platforms.

• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media creatives
• Create visually appealing layouts for property advertising campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print content
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Write engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns
• Research industry trends and competitors to generate content ideas
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and video content
• Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics
• Produce videos, infographics, and visual marketing materials
• Collaborate with designers and videographers on multimedia content
• Edit and optimize content for different digital platforms
• Write SEO-optimized blog posts and update property listings
• Develop email marketing content and promotional campaigns
• Track and optimize campaign performance based on engagement results

• HND/B.Sc in Communication, Journalism, or related field
• Proven experience in content creation (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
