Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and conversations via Instagram DM and WhatsApp
- Support scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day operational planning
- Conduct research on market trends, content ideas, and competitors
- Prepare and present simple reports for management decision-making
- Assist in strengthening brand communication and engagement activities
- Provide general administrative and customer support where needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
- Previous personal assistant experience is an added advantage
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive working style
- Comfortable using social media platforms professionally
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
