Job Summary

A fast-growing health, wellness, and lifestyle brand is seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer & Content Support Officer to manage customer interactions and support internal coordination, communication, and brand development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and conversations via Instagram DM and WhatsApp
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day operational planning
  • Conduct research on market trends, content ideas, and competitors
  • Prepare and present simple reports for management decision-making
  • Assist in strengthening brand communication and engagement activities
  • Provide general administrative and customer support where needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
  • Previous personal assistant experience is an added advantage
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive working style
  • Comfortable using social media platforms professionally
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
