Job Summary

Moniepoint is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Lead for Contracts & HR Administration to manage the full lifecycle of HR documentation and employee records. The role ensures all employment contracts and HR processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal standards and labour regulations across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creation, review, and issuance of employment contracts, addendums, transfer letters, and HR documentation
  • Ensure HR processes comply with internal governance, labour laws, and data protection requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, HRIS, and payroll platforms
  • Standardise HR templates, contracts, and documentation workflows in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and accurate onboarding documentation
  • Work with Payroll to resolve discrepancies and ensure correct employee data before payroll cycles
  • Maintain organised and audit-ready HR documentation and digital records
  • Identify inefficiencies and support improvements in HR administrative processes, including automation initiatives
  • Act as escalation point for complex contract or documentation issues
  • Support the Head of People Operations in building scalable, compliant HR administration systems across multiple regions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (aPHRi, PHRi, or equivalent) is preferred
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration with focus on contracts and employee records
  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation standards, compliance, and data governance
  • Experience handling HR documentation across multiple countries or legal systems
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday, BambooHR, SAP, or Deel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured workflows and approvals
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage
  • Exposure to HR automation or digital transformation processes
