Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer strategy and planning activities across business operations
- Analyse data and track operational and performance metrics
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and business insights
- Support project management activities and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across teams
- Assist in monitoring and improving operational processes
- Contribute to planning discussions and execution of business initiatives
- Ensure proper follow-through on assigned tasks and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Must be serving NYSC or have completed NYSC
- Strong data analytical skills with ability to interpret operational metrics
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting ability
- Project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
