Customer Strategy and Planning (CSP) Intern

Unilever is offering a 1-year Customer Strategy and Planning Internship in Lagos. The role is designed for candidates with strong analytical and coordination skills who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in data-driven planning, stakeholder management, and operational performance tracking within a global organisation.

• Support customer strategy and planning activities across business operations
• Analyse data and track operational and performance metrics
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and business insights
• Support project management activities and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across teams
• Assist in monitoring and improving operational processes
• Contribute to planning discussions and execution of business initiatives
• Ensure proper follow-through on assigned tasks and deliverables

• Must be serving NYSC or have completed NYSC
• Strong data analytical skills with ability to interpret operational metrics
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting ability
• Project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
• Must be available full-time for the 1-year duration
