Key Responsibilities
Respond to client enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins
Convert enquiries into paying clients and close sales
Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
Manage bookings and maintain accurate client records
Track sales, customer data, and daily activities using Excel
Support basic operational and administrative tasks as needed
Ensure smooth customer experience and service delivery
Maintain organised records of client interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications
3–4 years’ experience in customer service and sales
Strong ability to close sales and convert leads
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
Must be based in Lagos and available for on-site work in Lekki Phase 1
