Content & Operations Assistant

Lens & Co. by Tiara is seeking a creative and proactive Content & Operations Assistant to support content creation and day-to-day brand operations. The role is ideal for someone active on social media with a strong interest in fashion, eyewear, and lifestyle content.

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Participate in video content creation and brand storytelling
• Support daily operational activities of the brand
• Assist in developing creative ideas for fashion and lifestyle content
• Help maintain brand presence and consistency across digital platforms
• Collaborate with the team to execute content plans

• Active presence on Instagram or TikTok
• Comfortable appearing in videos and creating content
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
