Charitos BO Hospital is looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Officer to oversee and support core human resource functions within the organization. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture in a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
Oversee full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with payroll processing and staff benefits administration
Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters
Ensure adherence to Nigerian labour laws and healthcare regulations
Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures
Coordinate training and staff development initiatives
Track employee performance and support appraisal processes
Promote a professional, ethical, and confidential work culture
Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2 to 4 years experience in an HR role, preferably in healthcare
Solid understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
CIPM membership or certification is an advantage
