• Attend to customers and provide professional support on enquiries and purchases
• Maintain positive customer experience and handle basic complaints or concerns
• Support sales activities and ensure smooth transaction processing
• Assist in day-to-day customer service operations as assigned
• Ensure proper communication and follow-up with customers when required

• Must reside around Ketu, Ojota, Ogudu, Alapere, Ikorodu, or nearby areas
• Good communication and customer service skills
