HC International Logistics Nigeria Ltd is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition and promote its logistics services across key Lagos commercial areas. The role is performance-driven and suited for energetic, target-focused sales professionals.
Identify and approach potential customers to promote company logistics services
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
Conduct market visits and field sales activities across assigned locations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and customer feedback
Represent the company professionally at all times
Support business growth through active lead generation and conversion
Minimum OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing, Sales, or related field
At least 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate and convince customers effectively
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Willingness to engage in field work and market visits
Strong professional attitude and customer service mindset
