ValuAlliance is recruiting for its 2026 Analyst Program, designed for high-potential graduates interested in finance, investments, consulting, and asset management. The program provides structured training and hands-on experience in financial analysis, advisory, and business strategy.
Support financial analysis, investment research, and advisory projects
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables
Conduct market, industry, and company research
Analyse data to support investment and business decision-making
Contribute to consulting and asset management assignments
Work closely with senior analysts and team leads on live projects
Develop insights to support financial and strategic recommendations
Participate in structured learning and development programs
Minimum Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree in a relevant discipline
Completion of NYSC or NYSC exemption, or currently about to commence NYSC
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included) in finance, consulting, audit, asset management, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated interest in finance, investments, or business strategy
Progress toward or completion of CFA, ICAN, ACCA, or similar certification is an advantage
