Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outreach activities including calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, and networking
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Present logistics services and develop tailored proposals for clients
Negotiate and close deals for services including shipping, air freight, warehousing, and haulage
Achieve monthly sales targets in TEU/tonnage volume
Collaborate with operations, finance, and customs teams to ensure deal feasibility
Maintain profit margins and ensure financial viability of all deals
Manage client onboarding and maintain strong post-sale relationships
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records within required timelines
Submit weekly pipeline and performance reports
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years experience in Business Development or Sales
Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain is highly preferred
Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management tools
Ability to work independently in a high-volume sales environment
