Field Sales Associate

InstantEase is hiring a Field Sales Associate to drive vendor acquisition and partnerships on the ground. This role is ideal for a proactive and outgoing individual who can engage business owners, pitch effectively, and onboard partners to the platform.

• Identify and prospect potential vendors and logistics partners within assigned areas
• Visit businesses physically to pitch the company’s value proposition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Guide potential partners through onboarding from initial contact to activation
• Explain partnership terms clearly and address any concerns
• Track and manage a pipeline of prospects, providing regular updates
• Gather feedback from partners and share insights with internal teams
• Meet set onboarding targets on a weekly and monthly basis
• Represent the brand professionally during all interactions

• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently pitch and close partnerships
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities
• Previous sales or field experience is an advantage
