iRecharge Tech Innovations is seeking a Finance and Account Executive to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support financial operations within a digital banking environment. The role focuses on accurate reporting, reconciliations, treasury support, and compliance with financial regulations.
Job Description:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper transaction postings
Reconcile all payment channels and resolve discrepancies promptly
Prepare financial reports and regulatory returns in line with IFRS, CBN, and statutory requirements
Ensure timely tax computation, filing, and compliance documentation
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, settlements, and treasury operations
Manage payables and receivables while ensuring proper authorization and accuracy
Support internal control systems and improve financial processes and policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with business needs and support decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIBN, or related) is an added advantage
2–4 years’ experience in finance/accounting within fintech, MFB, or banking sector
Strong understanding of digital financial systems and transaction reconciliations
Knowledge of CBN regulations and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and collaboration skills
