Job Summary

Caleb University is seeking a results-driven Regional Officer to support student recruitment and outreach activities. The role focuses on identifying prospective students, driving enrolment campaigns, managing school engagements, and supporting admission conversion efforts within assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and map targeted secondary schools and coaching centres within assigned regions
  • Analyse regional demographics to identify high enrolment potential areas
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective students
  • Organise and execute outreach programmes including career fairs, open days, school visits, and parent meetings
  • Deliver presentations promoting the university’s programmes, scholarships, and campus life
  • Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and education stakeholders
  • Coordinate admission support activities including application guidance and entrance exam scheduling
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messaging platforms to improve conversion rates
  • Submit weekly reports on outreach performance, lead generation, and conversion outcomes
  • Manage regional outreach budgets and logistics for events
  • Liaise with central admissions office to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in student recruitment, sales, PR, or event management (education sector preferred)
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time
  • Self-motivated, culturally aware, and ethically grounded
  • Fluency in English and relevant local language(s)
