Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training on social media strategies, trends, and tools
- Teach content creation techniques including photography, videography, and graphic design
- Guide learners on using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Train students on scheduling and managing content across various platforms
- Instruct on tracking performance metrics and analyzing engagement data
- Educate learners on platform algorithms, audience engagement, and compliance standards
- Provide mentorship, assess student work, and give constructive feedback
- Develop engaging learning materials for both physical and virtual sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage
- Strong expertise in social media management, branding, and digital marketing strategies
- Solid understanding of analytics and performance tracking across platforms
- Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar tools
- Experience with content creation and scheduling tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
