Job Summary

Lextorah School of Language is seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented IT Administrator and Customer Service Officer to manage IT systems while delivering efficient customer support. The role focuses on maintaining system performance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and telecom infrastructure
  • Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity, broadband, WiFi, and VoIP systems
  • Provide technical support to both internal staff and external users
  • Ensure optimal performance and uptime of IT systems and communication networks
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Support deployment and maintenance of digital platforms including payment systems
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues
  • Assist customers with airtime, data services, bill payments, and related transactions
  • Guide users on digital services such as wallets, transfers, and subscriptions
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate complex issues where necessary and maintain accurate service records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support, network administration, or telecom operations
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of networking, internet systems, and telecom services
  • Familiarity with broadband, WiFi, and VoIP technologies
  • Understanding of digital payment systems or fintech platforms is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must reside in Yaba or nearby areas
