• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in relevant computing disciplines
• Conduct high-quality academic research and publish in reputable journals
• Supervise postgraduate students in areas of specialization
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic program delivery
• Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities
• Demonstrate practical competence in relevant computing fields

• Good First Degree and a PhD in a relevant field from a recognized university
• Minimum of 3 years teaching and research experience after becoming Lecturer II
• Must have served at least 3 years as Lecturer I
• Ability to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate courses
• Evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals
• Ability to supervise postgraduate research students
• Strong practical and academic competence in the relevant discipline
