Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
- Explain insurance plans and benefits to customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support customer onboarding and policy activation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and clients
- Work towards monthly and weekly production targets
Required Qualifications
- BSc, BA, HND, OND, or NCE in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to persuade and engage clients effectively
