Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to present and promote available properties
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options
- Coordinate property viewings and inspections for potential buyers
- Manage documentation including purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Facilitate the closing of sales transactions and ensure all requirements are met
- Act as an intermediary between the company and buyers
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitor price analysis
- Prepare and submit sales reports using CRM tools
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Participate in industry events to expand network and knowledge
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
