Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call center performance reports
- Track key metrics such as average handling time, abandonment rate, and agent productivity
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data from multiple sources
- Monitor service level agreements and ensure compliance
- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel tools
- Analyze trends to identify operational gaps and support workforce planning
- Present data insights clearly to management for decision-making
- Work with CRM systems and data tools to manage call center operations
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience as an MIS Executive or Data Analyst, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel including formulas, PivotTables, VBA, and Macros
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
