Job Summary

IT Horizons Limited is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Lagos to lead client acquisition, manage strategic sales initiatives, and drive revenue growth across key accounts. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships and expanding business opportunities within the ICT sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to support business growth in Lagos
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to support solution delivery and lead generation
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and cost analyses for clients
  • Monitor sales performance against set targets and KPIs
  • Ensure proper use of CRM tools and sales systems for tracking and reporting
  • Represent the company at meetings, client engagements, and industry events
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends
  • Support continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in ICT, telecoms, or related industry
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Membership in a professional management body is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
