Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives and execute growth-focused sales strategies in Abuja and surrounding regions
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships to support long-term business retention
- Drive acquisition of new customers while ensuring consistent revenue performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with technical delivery and marketing activities
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitor activity, and pricing trends
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and compliance with defined KPIs
- Utilize CRM systems effectively for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Represent the organization at stakeholder meetings and industry engagements
- Support continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 4 years of experience in ICT, telecoms, or a related sector
