Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and converting new customers across retail outlets, wholesalers, and supermarkets while supporting daily sales execution in assigned locations.
- Expected to actively drive product distribution, expand customer reach, and maintain strong market presence.
- Required to meet set daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Tasked with gathering market insights and competitor information to support business decisions.
- Must consistently report field activities and sales performance accurately.
- Expected to demonstrate strong selling and persuasion ability during customer interactions.
- Will be responsible for working independently while ensuring steady customer growth.
- Required to use mobile or digital tools effectively for reporting and communication.
- Must communicate clearly in English and the local language of the operating area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Studies, Marketing, or related discipline
- 2–3 years experience in FMCG sales or related field
- Proven record of meeting monthly sales targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good computer or smartphone operation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
