Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of continental and local dishes to high standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of meals
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety compliance in the kitchen
- Manage food stock, ingredients, and kitchen supplies efficiently
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in planning menus and improving food offerings where necessary
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to reduce wastage
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas at all times
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
