• Prepare continental and local dishes to high culinary standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations
• Manage kitchen stock, ingredients, and supply usage effectively
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support menu execution and contribute to meal improvement ideas
• Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of kitchen equipment and tools

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of international and local cuisine preparation
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and passion for food quality and presentation
