Job Summary

Sow Real Estate, a leading Nigerian property development company known for delivering luxury and affordable housing solutions, is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee office operations, coordinate administrative functions, and ensure efficient support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and office operations for smooth workflow
  • Manage facility maintenance, office utilities, pool vehicles, and supplies
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure performance standards are met
  • Handle petty cash management and track operational expenses accurately
  • Organize logistics for meetings, trainings, and company events
  • Maintain proper documentation systems (physical and digital filing)
  • Support management with administrative reports and operational updates
  • Implement and improve administrative policies and internal processes
  • Ensure effective coordination between HR, Finance, Sales, and other departments
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure timely resolution of facility issues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4–6 years experience in an administrative leadership role (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Experience supervising administrative teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities
  • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

Zero major administrative disruptions

Accurate monthly petty cash reconciliation

Resolution of facility issues within 24–48 hours
