Job Summary

Sow Real Estate, a leading Nigerian real estate development company known for delivering luxury and affordable housing solutions, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, support workforce development, and strengthen organizational efficiency across its multi-location structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate staff records and coordinate payroll processes and compliance documentation
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution
  • Drive performance management systems and staff development programs
  • Support strategic HR planning aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate administrative and facility-related functions where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR standards
  • Provide guidance to management on HR best practices and workforce planning
  • Support employee engagement and organizational culture development

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years proven experience in Human Resources management or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Facility management knowledge is an added advantage
