Waiter / Waitress / Runner

MediaPlug, a leading media and entertainment company with operations across digital, print, and outdoor platforms, is hiring a Waiter / Waitress / Runner to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests during service
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Coordinate billing and liaise with the cashier for payment processing
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Follow all established service standards and hospitality procedures
• Support smooth restaurant or lounge operations in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality (restaurant, lounge, or hotel) is preferred
• Entry-level candidates with strong attitude and willingness to learn may be considered
• Energetic, customer-friendly, and well-groomed
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and late shifts
• Good physical stamina and alertness
