Machine Repairer

Stellar International Company Limited, a subsidiary of RSIN Group, is seeking a Machine Repairer to handle equipment maintenance, emergency repairs, and installation duties across its operational locations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance documentation within an industrial environment.

• Carry out installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, including high-voltage equipment and inverters
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when faults occur
• Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions
• Escalate unresolved technical faults to supervisors in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including fault reports, repair processes, and replaced parts
• Analyze repair history and provide summaries for operational improvement
• Perform mechanical installation and routine maintenance of industrial machines
• Support welding-related tasks, including gas cutting operations where required
• Assist in hydraulic packing machine maintenance and servicing

• Minimum qualification: OND or HND in a relevant technical field
• 1–3 years of hands-on technical or mechanical repair experience
• At least 1 year of welding experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installation and maintenance
• Experience in gas cutting is an added advantage
• Experience with hydraulic packing machines is an advantage
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs under minimal supervision
• Good record-keeping and technical documentation skills
