Job Summary

Stellar International Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Audit Supervision Officer to monitor internal processes, verify operational compliance, and ensure accuracy in customer and site-related information across business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site audits to verify departmental processes and compliance with operational plans
  • Identify, document, and report deviations, gaps, and process loopholes
  • Issue rectification notices with clear instructions, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities
  • Track and monitor corrective actions until full compliance is achieved
  • Analyze audit findings and recommend process improvement strategies
  • Perform on-site verification of customer and site information, including physical inspections and documentation checks
  • Capture and archive photographic evidence during verification exercises
  • Investigate and escalate anomalies where verification is not possible
  • Ensure strict adherence to data protection and information security protocols
  • Prepare detailed audit and verification reports for management review
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing, and archiving of audit records (digital and physical)
  • Participate in internal training and compliance awareness programs
  • Carry out additional audit-related duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • BSc or HND in Business Management or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in auditing, operations, or process supervision
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and site business activities
  • Excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing business and regulatory environments
