Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and network systems
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and other networking infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement cybersecurity measures including firewalls and antivirus systems
- Maintain IT asset inventory including hardware and software licenses
- Ensure smooth operation of website, email systems, and databases
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates
- Train staff on the use of ICT tools and systems
- Document ICT procedures, policies, and technical processes
- Support procurement and implementation of new technology solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–5 years experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking systems
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA are an advantage
