Job Summary

A fashion retail company is hiring an Administrative Operations Officer to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across business functions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration or retail operations who can manage processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative and operational activities within the business
  • Support coordination across sales, marketing, and distribution processes
  • Maintain records and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist in managing workflows and improving operational efficiency
  • Support reporting and general office management tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in administration, sales, marketing, or distribution (retail experience preferred)
  • Must be 32 years or older
  • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Must reside within the specified Lagos locations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
