Financial Controller

Fadac Resources is recruiting a Financial Controller to oversee the full finance and accounting operations of the organization, ensuring strong financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial management.

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions within the organization
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze variances
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards
• Coordinate external audits, tax consultants, and regulatory engagements
• Provide strategic financial insights to support management decisions
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team
• Evaluate cost control measures, profitability, and financial risks
• Support business expansion, investment decisions, and financial strategy development

• Strong experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
• Ability to manage multiple financial priorities in a fast-paced environment
